of determinating the owner of property sunken

Per Procuration of  the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, The Maritime Administration of  Quy Nhon is empower to notify:

The names and characteristics of sunken properties:

05 unidentified wrecks.

Positions of sunken properties:

1.     14⁰05’049” N;           109⁰16’044” E;

2.     14⁰21’312” N;           109⁰17’891” E;

3.     13⁰05’020” N;           109⁰26’232” E;

4.     13⁰38’654” N;           109⁰32’829” E;

5.     13⁰45’157” N;           109⁰29’013” E;

The owner of the above-mentioned sunken properties  or his / her legal representative is requested to be present at:

The Maritime Administration of  Quy Nhon;

to handle the sunken property.

Time limit for submission of plans to salvage sunken property:  Within 30 days after the notice published.

Time to salvage sunken property: After the salvage plan is approved.

In case the owner of the sunken properties or his / her legal representative does not contact the agency that issued the notice or does not perform the salvage of the sunken properties, the above-mentioned sunken properties shall be handled according to the provisions of the law.
